General
Thank you so much for your interest on my work, please read the T.O.S carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
◘ Please consider my art and style before submitting any commissions. I'm still in the process of learning, so there may be certain subjects beyond my scope.
◘ I have the right to decline your submitted commission if said commission does not fit the work that I offer and/or surpasses my skill level.

Payments
◘ Payments will be divided to 2 times
◘ Half of the payment will be paid upfront and the other will be paid once the commission is finished
◘ Price may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.
◘ All prices listed are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial use.
Commission Timeline
◘ One commission USUALLY takes 3-5 weeks to complete. (progress will depend on the complexity of the request)
◘ I will notify you if there's any delay with my working progress.
◘ Please be mindful of my commission queue through DMs on my social media.
FAIR USE
◘ Commissioner can print/use their commission to their fit.
◘ Commissioner CANNOT use the art to sell/mint it as NFT.
◘ Commissioner CANNOT use the art for any AI purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
◘ As the artist, I retain the right to post the full finished artwork and work in progress to social media unless the commission is negotiated to be kept as private. These will be posted with my signature trademark and be fully stated it is a commission work.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
◘ I will give back full refund if the commission is still at early stage of commission
◘ I will refund partially when the commission is going halfway
◘ I will not refund once Ive started to render the commission
◘ If I can't seem to finish the commission due to personal reasons, I will refund the commission in full.
